
Normal Questing Routine

In this video I will be going over World of Warcraft's Normal Questing Fitness Routine! Stay tuned!
Routine:
(On exercise ball)
Accept Quest - Jump Squat
Complete Quests - Push-ups, Ball Sit-ups and Pull-ups. If you have don’t have a Pull-up bar then you can do Table Pull-ups but first make sure that your table is sturdy. If you have difficulty with Pull-ups, then you can do a Negative Pull-ups. A Negative Pull-up is when you hold the peak of your Pull-up for as long as you can and descend as slow as possible.
Non-combat Short Action Bar - Stand up into a Calf Raise
Death - Grab ball and run to the other side of the room
Long Action Bar - Lean back on the ball
Public Transportation - Jumping Jacks then Bobble Squats
Cutscene - Hold Legs Out
Load Screen - 3 Jump Squats
Level up - Dance and Bow

Routine:
Gather Resources from Building - alt between 5 push-ups/10sit ups per box gathered
Gather Resources from Mine - per gather, stand up and calf raise
Gather Resources from Garden - per gather, hold half squat
Recruit follower - 20 jumping jacks
Lvl follower - 30 jumping jacks
Lvl follower to 100 - 10 jumping burpees
Invasion completion bronze - 25 seconds planks silver - 50 seconds planks gold - 1 min 30 seconds planks
Daily quest completion - 5 pull ups per quest completion/1 negative pull ups
Follower mission completion - Success 10 leg lifts - Failure - 20 leg lifts
Turn in Salvage Box - 10 squats
Building/lvl up building - handstand variations
Fishing - hold legs extended

Waiting in Queue - Do Jumping Jacks or Run in Place
During BG Countdown - Alternate Every Match - (super set 1)Push-ups then Sit-ups and(super set 2)Pull-ups then Squats
During Arena Countdown - Hold Legs Out
After Every Arena Match - Alternate - Push-ups, Sit-ups, Pull-ups and Squat
HEROIC CONTINUED
Activate BG Objective - Lift Yourself into a Squat
Summon Mount - Stand up into a Calf Raise
BG Death - Hold Your Legs out until You Respawn
Arena Death - Run to the other side of the room and back
PvP Routine
