Heroic Routine

Routine:
Before playing stretch out the main body parts. Hamstrings, Quads, Chest, Back, Core and Calves.
First Loading Screen - Jump Lunges/Stretch
Mission Start - Jump Squat.
Mission Ends - alternate between Bicep Push-ups and Pull-ups.
Mission Fail/Death - alternate between Ab-Rollouts and Dips.
Driving/Flying - Bobble Squats.
Switch Character Long Distance - 5 Jump Squats.
In menu or on Phone - Calf Raises or hold a Calf Raise.
Shopping/Changing/Activities - Dance.

Songs: Bee Gees - Tragedy (Forever Kid Remix), Vicetone Ft. Jonny Rose - Stars

Routine:
Just stretch out the main body parts. Hamstrings, Quads, Chest, Back, Core, Calves and co-skips to the next scene.
Initial Loading Screen - Around the World Lunges.
Mission Start - Jumping burpee.
Mission Sussess/Pause - alternate between Mine Sweepers and Around the World Pull-ups.
Mission Fail/Death - alternate between Weighted Leg Raises and Tricep Shoulder Push-ups.
Cut Scene - Calf Raises or hold a Calf Raise.
Switch Character Long Distance - 4 Single Leg Jumping Burpees.
Plot Marker - Squat down and touch controller to the ground.
On Phone - Torque Twists
Save - Kip up
Shopping/Changing/Activities - Dance
Driving - Bobble Squat
In cover - Crouch
Running - alternate calve raises.
Sneaking - alternate calf raises slooowly.

LEGENDARY Routine

Routine:
Before playing stretch out your main body parts a bit. Hamstrings, Quads, Chest, Back, Core and Calves.
Initial Loading Screen - use the ball to stretch yourself out.
Mission Ends - alternate between Ball Push-ups and Table Pull-ups.
Mission Failure or Death - alternate between Sit-ups and Ball Lunges.
Driving/Flying - Bobble Squat.
Switch Characters Long Distance - Jump.
On Phone or in Menu - Lean back and tense your core.
