Routine:
Stretch
Standing the Whole Time
Initial Loading Screen - Jumping Jacks
Complete Any Event (Contract, Mission, Capture a Fort, Harpooning, Fast Travel, etc.) - Alternate Between Incline Wall Push-ups, Hanging Leg Raises and Table Pull-ups
Capture a Ship - 3 Jumping Burpees
Synchronize - 1 Jumping Burpee
Leap of Faith - Jump
Hiding/Stalking - Hold a Squat
Help out a Pre-Crewmember - 1 Jumping Burpee
Open/ Obtain Anything - Squat Low and Touch Controller to the Ground
Full Sail - Bobble Squat
Menu, Shopping, Ship Mini Game, Hacking - Hold a Calf Raise or do Calf Raises
During Cut Scenes - Torque Twist
In Combat - Hold a Calf Raise or do Calf Raises

Routine:
Standing
Sprint -- alternate calf rises
Vehicle -- Bobble Squat
Hop over an obstacle - Jump
Crouch -- Crouch
Prone -- Low Crouch
Healing /Repairing -- Calf raises
Drop Health Pack, Ammo, Pick up a Weapon or Heal a Teammate -- Crouch and touch your controller on the ground.
Capturing an objective -- Planks (Optional)
Death -- Alternate between bicep push-ups, planks and 5 jump squats
In-between games -- handstand push-ups and v-ups

LEGENDARY Routine

Stretch
Sit on an Exercise Ball
Initial Loading Screen - Jumping Jacks
Complete Any Event (Contract, Mission, Capture a Fort, Harpooning, Fast Travel, etc.) - Alternate Between Incline Ball Push-ups, Ball Sit-ups and Dips
Capture a Ship - 3 Jump Squats with the Ball
Synchronize - 1 Jump Squat with the Ball
Help out a Pre-Crewmember - 1 Jump Squat with the Ball
Open/ Obtain Anything - Stand up and Calf Raise
Full Sail - Bobble Squat
