In this video I will be going over the PC fitness routine for Outlast!

Routine:
Every Death and Loading Screen.- Alternate between Ball Push-ups and Ball Sit-ups.
Pick up or Activate something - Stand up and Calf Raise
Climbing, Shimmying or Sprinting - Hold a Leg Raise
Hiding in a Locker - Lean Back and Tense Core
In Menu or Reading - Bobble Squat.
Hiding Under Something - Hold a Plank on the Ball.
