Standing
Vehicle
Air -- Raise Calves
Slow Ground -- Bubble Squats
Fast Ground -- Alternate Calf Raises
Drop healing, ammo, pick-up a weapon or heal someone we will touch our controller to the ground.
Prone - crouch
Jump over and Obstacle - Jump
In-between every game we will do ab roll-outs and triceps dips.
Every death alternate between jump lunges and fist push-ups.
If you do not have and ab roll-out then substitute that exercise with leg raises.

Sprint -- alternate calf rises
Vehicle -- Bobble Squat
Hop over an obstacle - Jump
Crouch -- Crouch
Prone -- Low Crouch
Healing /Repairing -- Calf raises
Drop Health Pack, Ammo, Pick up a Weapon or Heal a Teammate -- Crouch and touch your controller on the ground.
Capturing an objective -- Planks (Optional)
Death -- Alternate between bicep push-ups, planks and 5 jump squats
In-between games -- handstand push-ups and v-ups

In between every game do Push-ups and Pull-ups.
Every death lean back in your chair and hold your legs out in-front of you until you spawn.
