Routine:
Every loading screen, after liberating a base, every fast travel, after every mission and every death we are going to alternate between Roll Crunches, Decline Push-Ups and 5 Jump Squats.Every time you loot someone or something - Stand up and do a calf raise.During a cut-scene - Hold your legs out until it ends.

Routine:
Every loading screen, after liberating a base, every fast travel, after every mission and every death we are going to alternate between V-rolls and Incline Ball Clap Push-Ups.
During every cut scene - Plank on ball until it ends.
Whenever you use a zip line or hang glider - Hold legs out in front of you until you land.
Crouching - Roll low in front of the ball.
Every time we loot chests and collectables - Ball Jump Squat.
Whenever we loot anything else - Ball Squat.
On a mini-gun - Bounce.
When sprinting - Hold a sitting calf raise.
When we are driving a vehicle we will raise our calves in the direction that we turn. Right turn right calf, left turn left calf, straight both calves.
While in the menu - Bounce.

LEGENDARY Routine

Routine:
Standing for the entire gaming session.
Before the first game starts = Jolt Switch Push-ups.
Before the second game starts = V-ups.
Before the third game starts = Handstand Push-ups.
Start from the beginning with elevated jolt switch push-ups before the next game starts.
Jumping burpee every death.
Alternating calve raises when you sprint.
Crouch when you crouch.
Jump when you take a mancannon or lift.
Lunge in place when you have an objective.
Jumping some jacks when you are confused.
Stretch if you finish a workout before the game starts.
