In this video I will be going over the Heroic fitness routine for Dragon Age: Inquisition!

Routine:
Loading Screen, Death, Fast Travel - Alternate Between - Incline Wall Push-ups, Ab Rollouts and 5 Second Pull-ups.
Loot, Gather, Open - Squat Down Low and Touch Controller to The Ground
Close Rift - Super Jump Squat
Mark Territory/Make Camp - Jump Lunge 3 times on Each Leg
Cutscenes, Conversations - Stretch or Hold a Calf Raise
Reviving/ Being Revived - Hold Lowest Squat

In this video I will be going over the LEGENDARY fitness routine for Dragon Age: Inquisition!

Routine:

Loading Screen, Death, Fast Travel - Alternate Between - 1-arm Push-ups, Hold an Unassisted Handstand Until the Loading has Finished and Hold Your body Parallel to the Ground on the Pull-up Bar for as Long as You Can and Keep Going Back up Until the Loading is Done.
Loot, Gather, Open - Jump Squat
Close Rift - Backflip Burpee or Jumping Burpee
Mark Territory/Make Camp - 4 Low Side Lunges on Each Leg
Menu, Reading, Map - Hold Half Squat
Cutscenes, Conversations - Plank or Hold a Calf Raise
Reviving/ Being Revived - Hold Lowest Squat
