WELCOME TO TEAM SASA'S VIDEO GAME FITNESS PROGRAM!
Here is the Far Cry 4 VGFP routine...be sure to give it a like and stuff!
Routine:
Be sure to warm up those muscles!
Every movement - Bobble squat
Crouching - slightly raise dat booty of the ball
Death - six incline push ups with a hold on the sixth one in the down position for 2-5 seconds
Side Mission - 10 jumping jacks
Main Mission - 10 Squats
Mask/Bell - 10 squats with calf raise at the top
Cut Scenes - lean back on exercise ball
Animal kills - Small - 2 push ups Medium - 5 push ups Large - 10 push ups
Post/Tower - 10 in and outs
Level Up - 10 ball in and outs
