Every Loading Screen alternate between Incline Jolt Switch Push-ups, Hanging Leg Raises and Bicep Pull-ups.
During a Cutscene - Hold a Leg Raise or do Leg Raises
During a Skit - Hold a Squat
When you Pick up Anything - Squat
Enter Battle - Jump Squat
During Battle - Dance in Place
Every Level Up - Click Heel in Both Directions
After Battle - Jump Squat
Saving - Liege Lunges
Go on and ON!

Routine:
Standing
Every Loading Screen and Scene Transition alternate between Thigh Slap Push-ups, Hanging Oblique Leg Raises and Slow Pull-ups
During Cut Scene - Run in Place or do Running High Knee Crunches
During Skits - Torque Twists
During Conversations - Two-Step
Jump or Climb - Jump High
Crouch - Crouch Low
Pick up Anything - Squat Dow and Touch your Controller to the Ground
Enter Battle - Jumping Burbee
During Battle - Hold a Calf Raise or do Calf Raises
Every Level Up - Jump Lunge
After Battle - Jump Squat
Whenever Shopping or in out Menu - Hold a Squat
Saving - Sit on the Ground and Get up Using Just Your Legs
Sleeping at Inn - Lay Flat on the Ground and then Kip Up.

Sitting on Exercise Ball
After every Boss Battle or Scene Change alternate between Roll Crunches, Dips and Low Squats.
