Heroic Routine

Welcome to Team SASA's Video Game Fitness Program!
In this video I will be going over the Heroic PC routine for ASSASSIN'S CREED UNITY!

Routine:
Stretch.
Standing.
Death/Fast Travel/Loading Screens - Minesweepers, Hanging Leg Raises and Resistance Band Back Flies(or slow pull-ups).
Cut Scene - Stretch.
Open Chest/Find Collectibles - Touch Controller to the Ground.
Accept/Turn in Mission - Jump Lunge on Each Leg.
Synchronize - 5 jumping Squats.
Leap of Faith - Jump.
Map/Menu - Hold a Calf Raise,.
Dying/Reviving - Hold Lowest Squat.

Routine:
Stretch.
Standing.
Death/Fast Travel/Loading Screens - Alternate Between - Rolling Handstands, Table Leg Raises and Alternating Arm Pull-ups.
Cut Scene - Plank.
Open Chest - Alternate Pistol Squats.
Find Collectibles - Touch Controller to the Ground.
Accept/Turn in Mission - Backflip Burpee or Jumping Burpee.
Synchronize - 5 jumping burpees.
Leap of Faith - Jump squat.
Take a Lift - Jump.
Map/Menu - Hold a Squat.
Lock Picking - Hold a Calf Raise.
Dying/Reviving - Hold lowest squat.

LEGENDARY Routine

In this video I will be going over the normal PC routine for ASSASSIN'S CREED UNITY!

Routine:
Stretch.
On Exercise Ball.
Death/Fast Travel/Loading Screens - Resistance Band Flies(or Incline Push-ups), Leg Raises and Resistance Band Shoulder Raises. Or Push-ups, Sit-ups and Dips.
Cut Scene - Plank on The Ball.
Open Chest - Stand up into a Calf Raise.
Synchronize - Grab the Ball and Jump Squat
Map/Menu - Bobble Squat.
