In this video I will be going over Guild Wars 2's Normal difficulty!

 

Routine:
Initial Character Screen - Triple Set - Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats.
Complete any Quest, Task, Challenge or Daily Event - Alternate - Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats.
Enter/Exit an Instance - Stand up and Calf Raise.
Die or Teleport - Stand up and Calf Raise.
During a Cut Scene Conversation or Vista Scene - Hold Legs Out in Front of You.
Running Long Distance - Bobble Squat.
