Welcome to Team SASA's Video Game Fitness Program!
In this video I will be going over the Console/Controller fitness routine for Outlast!

Routine:
Every Death and Loading Screen.- Alternate between Push-ups and Sit-ups.
Pick up something - Squat low and touch your controller to the ground.
Open or activate something - Do a calf Raise.
Climbing or Shimmying - Hold a Calf Raise.
Hiding in a Locker - Hold a calf Raise.
In Menu or Reading - Hold a Squat.
Hiding Under Something - Hold a Plank.
Sprinting - Bend Knees and Alternate Calf Raises to Mimic a Running Motion.
