Welcome to S.A.S.A.'s Video Game Fitness Program!
In this video I will be explaining the Heroic difficulty as well as implementing it into Halo 4's multiplayer.
Routine:
Standing for the entire gaming session.
Before the first match starts = Elevated Incline Push-ups.
Before the second match starts = Lying down Leg-raises.
Start from the beginning with elevated incline push-ups before the next game starts.
During the game:
Jump squat every death.
Stretch if you have downtime after any of the exercises.

Routine:
Standing for the entire gaming session.
Before the first game starts = Jolt Switch Push-ups.
Before the second game starts = V-ups.
Before the third game starts = Handstand Push-ups.
Start from the beginning with elevated jolt switch push-ups before the next game starts.
Jumping burpee every death.
Alternating calve raises when you sprint.
Crouch when you crouch.
Jump when you take a mancannon or lift.
Lunge in place when you have an objective.
Jumping some jacks when you are confused.
Stretch if you finish a workout before the game starts.

LEGENDARY Routine
