
Heroic Routine
Welcome to Team SASA's Video Game Fitness Program!
In this video I will be explaining the Heroic difficulty of the VGFP using Destiny!
Routine:
Stretch
Standing
Before and after each mission or match - Alternate between handstand push-ups, Holding a plank until the level starts and table pull-ups.
After a few alternations, if your endurance for these exercises is close to running out then switch them out for regular sets of push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups.
Short respawn death - Jump squat.
Die in restricted spawn zone - Hold a calf raise until you respawn.
Waiting for level to end 30s - Hold a calf raise until the level ends.
Watching a cutscene - Dance in place….OR hold a squat.
In menu - Hold a squat.
Open a chest or find a resource - Squat down low a touch your controller to the ground.
Hold a button down - Hold your lowest squat until it fills.

Routine:
Stretch
Standing
Before and after each mission or match - Alternate between rotation shoulder push-ups, travelers on the pull-up bar (be careful!) and typewriters.
If you cannot complete any more reps of the rotation shoulder push-ups try holding the handstand until the level starts.
Short spawn death - backflip burpee.
Die in restricted spawn area 30s - Plank until you respawn or are revived.
Waiting for level to end 30s - Plank.
Watching a cutscene - Hold a squat.
Open a chest - Alternate pistol squats.
Riding any vehicle - Hold a calf raise or alternate calf raises.
When crouching - crouch.
In menu - Hold a calf raise or alternate calf raises.
Hold a button down - Hold your lowest squat until it fills.
Level up - HAPPY clapping push-ups!
When sitting to wait for someone - Stretch
