Heroic Routine

Welcome to Team SASA's Video Game Fitness Program!
In this video I will be going over the Heroic PC routine for Borderlands The Pre-Sequel!

Routine:
Driving or Boosting - Bobble Squat.
Dying/Reviving - Use your quads to lift yourself until your buttcheecks are barely touching the ball and hold it until you die , get revived or revive your buddy.
Loading Screens and Level Transitions - Shiva Push-ups, Ball Leg Raises, Pull-ups.
Death - Grab the ball and Jump squat 3 times.
Open a Weapon Chest/ Activate Something - Stand up.
Accept/Turn in Quest - Stand up into a calf raise.
Cutscene - Hold your legs out in front of you.
Running - Hold your legs out in front of you.
In Menu/ Shopping - Bobble Squat

In this video I will be going over the LEGENDARY PC routine for Borderlands The Pre-Sequel!

Routine:
Driving or Boosting - Bobble Squat
Dying/ Reviving - Hold legs out in front of you.
Running - Hold your legs out in front of you.
Take a man cannon - Use your quads to lift yourself and little bit and hold it until you land. And you can drop down when you butt slam.
Butt Slam - Lift up your body with your quads and drop down quickly.
Loading Screens and Level Transitions - Planche push-ups, Pistol squats, Typewriters
Death - Grab the ball and run to the other side of the room, touch the opposite wall and run back or Roll backwards on the ball and touch the ground and use your core to come back up.
Open a Weapon Chest/ Activate Something - Stand up and Calf Raise
Accept/Turn in Quest - Grab the ball and jump squat.
Cutscene - Plank on the ball.
In Menu/ Shopping - Bobble Squat

LEGENDARY Routine

Welcome to Team SASA's Video Game Fitness Program!
In this video I will be going over the Normal PC routine for Borderlands The Pre-Sequel!

Routine:
Loading Screens and Level Transitions - Incline Ball Push-ups, Ball Sit-ups and Dips.
Running - Hold your legs out in front of you.
Whenever we accept a quest or turn in a quest OR activate something we are going to stand up into a calf raise and then back down.
Bobble squat for any reason...ever.
