In this video I will be going over the Heroic PC routine for Call of Duty!

Routine:
Stretch
Standing
In Between Matches - Alternate - Bicep Push-ups(helps prepare for planche push-ups(stretch wrists)), Plank Until Match Starts(or V-ups), Table Pull-ups.
In Between Rounds - Hold a Low Squat
Waiting in Countdown to Start - Hold a Low Squat
Waiting Next Round to Respawn - Stretch
Death - Jump Squat
Activate Exo or Streak- Calf Raise
Capturing - Hold a Calf Raise

Routine:
Stretch
Standing
In Between Matches - Alternate - Hold a Handstand Until the Match Starts, Travelers, Planch Variants.
In Between Rounds - 5 Jump Squats
Waiting to Start - Hold a Low Squat
Waiting for Next Round to Respawn - Plank
Death - Jumping Burpee
Jump - Calf Raise
Activate Exo or Streak - Squat Down and Touch Controller to Ground.
Capturing - Hold a Calf Raise
Crouch - Crouch

On Ball
In Between Matches - Alternate - Push-ups, Ball Sit-ups, Lunges.
Death - Stand up into a Calf Raise
