Heroic Routine

Welcome to Team SASA's Video Game Fitness Program!
In this video I will be going over the Heroic routine for Halo: The Master Chief Collection!

Routine:
Stretch
Stand
Every game - Alternate between Clap push-ups, V-ups and Leg out pull-ups
Every Death - Jump squat
Activate something - Crouch down low and touch countroller to the ground
Objective/Driving - Hold a calf raise
Every round - 3 Lunges on each leg
Humping - Hump

Routine:
Stretch
Stand
Every game - Alternate between - Sitting handstand transitions, Hanging crunches, Hold yourself in a Hanging pull-up position until the next match starts. Or Wall handstand push-ups, Forearm holds and Hanging leg raises.
Every death - Backflip burpee
Activate something - Squat down low and touch your countroller to the ground
Objective - Hold a Half squat
Take Lift/Mancannon - Jump squat
Driving - Hold a calf raise
Every round - 4 Jump lunges on each leg
Crouching - Crouch
Humping - Hump

LEGENDARY Routine

Routine:
Stretch
Before/after games - Alternate between push-ups, sit-up, and lunges
Driving/Objective - Bobble squat
Humping - Bobble squat
Death - Jump squat w/ ball
